Job Description:

AltaOne Federal Credit Union ($932 Million in Assets) located in Ridgecrest, California has engaged with Angott Search Group in the search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This executive-level role requires residency within the credit union’s footprint and includes significant travel throughout the service area. The CFO will provide strategic direction and oversight for all financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, risk management, audit, and compliance. This leader will ensure the preparation of accurate financial reports, forecasts, and profitability analyses, maintaining compliance with GAAP and all regulatory standards. As a key advisor to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team, the CFO will play a central role in driving financial sustainability and supporting the credit union’s long-term success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum of 8 years in senior financial leadership within a financial institution Strong expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting systems
