becoming an agent, I worked in wealth management after earning my
undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge
and my MBA from University of La Verne. Im heavily involved in the
community, serving on multiple non-profit boards and previously as
a commissioner for the City of Santa Clarita for four years.

Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing
exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a
dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm
Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized,
detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and

RESPONSIBILITIES: Greet customers warmly in person and over the
phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage
appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in
handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers,
identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide
excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer
service role. Communication and interpersonal skills.
Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with
engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including
Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
