Key Responsibilities Heres what youll be rocking every day: Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism Answer and direct incoming callsespecially emergency oneswith clarity and calm Schedule appointments and coordinate service calls like a pro Keep our front desk and lobby looking sharp and welcoming Manage office supplies and keep us stocked up Tackle admin tasks like data entry, filing, and document prep Be the communication bridge between field techs and management Handle deliveries with grace and efficiency Qualifications Wed love it if you have: High school diploma or equivalent (bonus points for office training!)
