Keysight Technologies is hiring an experienced regional field marketing manager to join Americas Marketing team, managing the strategic and tactical-level marketing planning for territory business (Mid-sized customers), and transactionally sold products/solutions. Products and solutions include traditional equipment on an engineer's bench, as well as innovative application-specific solutions that address emerging technologies.
In this Individual Contributor role, you will build, plan, drive, and implement highly effective marketing programs in partnership with Keysight's Global Marketing organizations, regional sales organizations, and the Global Partner Organization, to contribute to the success of initiatives. The role will be responsible for working very closely with the leadership of global marketing campaign team to align around high impact marketing programs to grow qualified leads for Keysight's direct, distribution and eCommerce sales channels. This role also involves cross-functional collaboration with multiple teams and marketing disciplines to execute programs with precision and deliver high quality results, demonstrated by measurable metrics.
The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Electrical/ Electronic technologies & ecosystems (B2B), data analysis, should also be a creative and critical thinker, with strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.

  • Manage strategic & tactical-level marketing planning for Americas Territory business, with End-to-end ownership of marketing programs:
  • Establish and execute quarterly plans in compliance with Keysight cross-organization planning and budgeting processes
  • Lead generation programs to grow annual lead volumes for partners and Keysight's territory sales channel - for distribution-preferred and directly purchased "Territory" products
  • Create quarterly lead-generating marketing programs for distribution-preferred and directly purchased "Territory" products.
  • Incorporate Keysight/ Americas strategic intent, and product, market, and business intelligence to the strategic and tactical planning process
  • Work with the Americas Marcom team and the Keysight Demand Center to deploy campaigns
  • Source compelling offers via collaboration with organizational teams staffed with subject matter experts and thought leaders
  • Communicate and report results monthly and quarterly, including analysis of campaign performance
  • Apply learnings for continual improvement of future strategies and tactics
  • Manage quarterly spending and incremental budget requests
  • Collaborate with the Americas Distribution Field Marketing Manager to establish leverage between Keysight-to-Customer & Partner-to-Customer marketing programs
  • Identify collaborative opportunities by understanding the intersection of Keysight and partner priorities
  • Establish lead-generation campaigns, for partners, by creating new compelling offers as well as leveraging existing ones
  • Leverage Joint Marketing Program budget to deploy mutually beneficial programs for partners - deployment of advertisement and other marketing activities for distribution-preferred products
  • Ensure that New Product Launches are successfully deployed via the distribution channel
    Job Qualifications
    This key role requires Channel Marketing experience with strong marketing skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent (technical degree in Electrical/Electronics Field preferred)
  • 8 - 10 years of relevant Marketing experience, with at least 5 years in marketing program development/ deployment
  • Good understanding of Electrical/ Electronic technologies and ecosystems
  • Proven experience working successfully with sales teams
  • Previous experience in channel marketing program development a plus
  • Experience transforming complex topics into digestible concepts
  • Proven success working with global, cross-functional teams
  • Enthusiasm for problem solving ability to take technical, complex information and produce exciting, easy to digest content
  • Ability to leverage data & insights in the development of Channel marketing plans
  • Social media execution (appropriate use of common social media technologies)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving and negotiations skills
  • Able to align tactical plans with strategies and adapt to changing market and organizational requirements
  • Formal written and presentation skills
  • May require traveling for work - 30%
    This role can be performed remotely anywhere in US.

    Colorado Pay Range: $117,530- $156,700 - $195,880
    The level of role is based on experience, education and skills, most offers will be between the minimum and the midpoint of the Salary Range listed above.
