Description Responsibilities for Project Superintendent - Ground Up - K-12 Education in Beverly Hills Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from pre-construction through closeout Ensure full compliance with DSA requirements, inspections, and documentation Direct subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to maintain schedule, safety, and quality Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Owner, Architect, and DSA Inspectors Monitor job progress, manage site logistics, and maintain detailed daily reports Enforce site-specific safety plans and promote a culture of safety across all trades Resolve field issues proactively and support a solutions-oriented jobsite environment Profile A successful Candidate for Project Superintendent - Ground Up - K-12 Education in Beverly Hills 5 years of superintendent experience, with a strong focus on DSA-regulated projects Proven leadership on K-12 and/or higher education projects ranging from $10M to $100M In-depth understanding of DSA requirements, procedures, and documentation Experience in Building and Construction Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities OSHA 30 certification preferred Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus Job Offer The Project Superintendent - Ground Up - K-12 Education in Beverly Hills Opportunity to work with a nationally respected builder on high-profile education projects Competitive base salary ($150K - $180K) vehicle allowance fuel card Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k match) Performance bonuses and career advancement opportunities A supportive, team-oriented culture that values integrity, collaboration, and growth MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
