Design fixtures for new product or process. --- Solid works Drafting Experience to update changes in NPI's and current models. --- Track and execute cost reduction for process improvements. --- Plan, execute and manage projects to complete through product continuous improvement. --- Develop and sustain employees training and development on lean concepts. --- Lead value stream mapping exercises to determine and record business improvement areas. --- Designing production processes that maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
