To support our ambitious plans, we are seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources who can bring their significant expertise to support a purpose-driven, operationally focused, highly motivated, and growing team to make a positive impact in the world. While this role will be strategically developing the Human Resources department you will also partner with the C-Suite team to collaborate all while playing a vital role in ensuring that our company's Human Resources team remains continuously partnered with each department leader. The Senior Director of HR is needed to act as a partner in making the right choices for the business from an operational standpoint, supporting the day-to-day operation, leading cross-functional projects, and making things easier for our customers. The right person for the job will thrive working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume, dynamic environment and will be a self-starter who is also a complete finisher.Helps Soligent Make a Positive Impact by:Partnering with senior leaders and their leadership teams to develop the talent strategy and organizational capabilities needed to support our tremendous growth, and build a work environment where employees can thrive and growReviewing and analyzing business metrics including data on retention and employee experience in order to recommend systemic improvementsLeading, developing, and inspiring a team of HR professionals in a high-growth, rapidly changing environmentAligning departments to business goals and company culture through designing and implementing new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development within the companyActing as an influential and credible senior HR leader within the team, including setting the tone, agenda and direction of the HR team and providing the necessary support, follow-up and leadership to ensure the team achieves desired resultsUnderstanding the entire talent system and each stage of the employee lifecycle and applying that understanding to craft integrated solutions that are thoughtful and reinforced by upstream and downstream talent and human resource programsDriving focused solutions and being comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems to drive appropriate resolutionsSustaining a Bias for action, stellar work ethic, and desire to achieve excellenceOperating with autonomy and discretion; A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagementLocation: 100% Remote / Work from HomeRequired Skills/Proficiencies: Must have the following skills:8+ years human resources business partner experienceExperience with the rapid and complex changing work environmentMaster's Degree or MBA in HRM preferredAbility to keep privileged information confidential and follow all established guidelines and policies around handling sensitive information. This is a must.Proficiency with HRIS systemDemonstrated experience leading a teamSuccess in this role will require influential partnerships with middle and senior management within the organization to execute the HR strategies that foster organizational and people effectiveness. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows. Additionally, the individual in this role is accountable for partnering with leadership to teach, coach, and cultivate the Soligent culture by ensuring the Leadership Principles are taught, lived, and integrated into each component of the talent system at SoligentCompensation for this role for a candidate based in Colorado is expected to be between $120,000 - $180,000 and for a candidate in NYC is expected to be between $120,000 - $180,000, but may be higher or lower in other States due to geographic differentials in the labor market.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, 401K, HSA, FSA, Unlimited PTO
