The Integrated Marketing TeamThe Integrated Marketing team provides unwavering and multidisciplinary direction and leadership across every aspect of the client/agency relationship including ensuring agency teams are driving success effectively, efficiently, and harmoniously. Drawing from their dual and deep understanding of both the client's business and the agency's offerings, the Integrated Marketing team provides insight, opportunities, and solutions that enable growth and/or enhanced client engagement.
The RoleReporting to the Head of Engagement, Integrated Marketing, the Account Director acts as the engagement leader for one to multiple strategic accounts and add significant business value at the executive level for our clients. The Account Director leads internal strategy, creative/production, performance media, and experience/website teams in the development and implementation of strategic integrated B2C and B2B marketing plans and strategies for our clients.

  • Drive the client relationship by knowing their organization and business inside and out. Express proactive and ongoing interest in strengthening their business; identify opportunities for high order strategic opportunities
  • Lead internal and external meetings with clarity and direction of purpose, and confidently guide the conversation to desired outcome
  • Identify and diagnose challenges and barriers to success; proactively solutioning
  • Drive Approach and Scope development. Lead pricing and contract conversations
  • Develop and manage budgets, resourcing, and timelines. Proactively managing resource needs against approach
  • Drive new business growth and help lead pitches and pursuit conversations
  • Manage, Coach, and Train across the Integrated Marketing team (Integrated Marketing Supervisors and Managers)
  • Drive and/or collaborate on initiatives that help strengthen the agency (culture, sharing, task forces)
    • Prior experience working in a digital agency
    • 7-12 years of agency experience managing clients in a B2B and B2C environment or equivalent client-side marketing experience
    • Excellent understanding of integrated digital marketing
    • Must be a recognized leader within an extended team with proven ability to manage and mentor junior team members
    • Must be a confident self-starter, team player, innovative problem solver and multitasker
    • Must be attentive to detail, resourceful and work well under pressure
    • Outstanding client-facing and presentation skills
