Kinetix Advanced Physical Therapy (an Affiliate of Cal Rehab)is looking for a full-time, licensed PT Clinic Director to lead our outpatient ortho clinic in Lancaster, CA!

Salary Range: Negotiable and highly competitive!Salary Range $105,000 to $120,000 annually + Quarterly Incentive up to 15% of Salary + Full Benefits. Individual salaries dependent experience and job related factors.

Position Summary:

--- Responsibility for the day-to-day clinical operations
--- Lead by example by carrying a caseload and creating Individualized care plans for each client
--- Utilize patient centered metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and clinical efficiency
--- Manage schedule and payroll
--- Market to local referral sources and community to grow the business
--- Training of new employees for their role and responsibilities
--- Identify staff development opportunities to facilitate advancement of their clinical skills
--- Comply with all federal, state, and insurance-based rules and regulations

Qualifications:

--- Graduation from a physical therapy curriculum approved by the American Physical Therapy Association
--- Current State licensure for the practice of physical therapy
--- Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist
--- Sports/ortho experience
