Our client is seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Security Officer (CSO) to join their organization. As the CSO, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive security strategy that protects the organization's people, assets, and reputation. This role requires a visionary leader adept at navigating complex security landscapes and fostering a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and oversee security protocols and policies to safeguard organizational resources.
• Lead the development and implementation of risk assessment and management strategies.
• Involve in incident response activities, ensuring effective management and communication during crises.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate security measures into organizational processes.
• Stay informed about trends in security threats and compliance requirements to mitigate potential risks.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and development of the security team.Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in security management roles, with at least 5 years in an executive capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of current security practices, technologies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Protection Professional (CPP), or similar are preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and managing security operations in a complex environment.Benefits
