Employment Type:Full timeShift:Night ShiftDescription:Reporting to the Practice Coordinator, 3 West Medical, this position is responsible for identifying the needs of assigned patients andserves the unit by implementing and evaluating the nursing care of each assigned patient under the direction of a Registered Nurse(RN) and implementing the philosophy, goals and standards of care of the department.1. High School diploma or equivalent is required.2. One (1) year of experience in an acute care setting is preferred.3. Current licensure as a Vocational Nurse (LVN) with the State of California is required.4. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider CPR card is required.5. Intravenous therapy (IV) certification preferred.6. Successful completion of department orientation checklist is required.
