Job Description:
Work Dates Needed: 3-6 months. Starting as soon as
accepted/cleared. Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM Worksite
Setting: Health center Scope of Work: Provide comprehensive acute,
chronic and preventive care (under 21 years of age) to patients and
parents. Performs CHCP exam (with immunizations, growth &
development). Provide appropriate education to carry out medical
plan effectively. Follow up with patients as clinically needed and
indicated. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: BC/BE, CA
License, DEA, BLS required Rate: $175/hr
