Physical TherapistA Physical Therapy Clinic along the sunny coast of Southern California is looking for a full-time or part time, licensed -Physical Therapist -to join its team! This clinic located in Orange County, is an outpatient focused facility. With the beach, surfing, hiking, skiing, and more on your doorstep; this is the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys the outdoors and being close to a major city. This position comes with a $10,000 sign on bonus and relocation assistance. Full time and Part Time positions are available.We want a -Physical Therapist -who is determined and committed to providing patients with the best treatment experience around, and someone who is ready to grow their career. Being a small company, this facility is committed to quality patient care and employee happiness.Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Implement and modify treatment plans to improve patient mobility, strength, endurance, balance, and health
• Provide patient education regarding exercises, stretches, and techniques to improve function and prevent injury
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care to patients
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and comply with HIPAA regulations
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices for physical therapy
• Attend relevant trainings and maintain current knowledge of physical therapy treatments, interventions, and resources
• Supervise and train physical therapy assistants or aides as neededQualifications:
  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current California state licensure as a Physical Therapist, or willingness to get one
  • Experience preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of physical therapy treatments and interventions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
