this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will deliver
strategic and operational support across manufacturing, facilities,
engineering, and warehouse operations, focusing on risk mitigation
and employee well-being. This role is based at our company
headquarters, located in Thousand Oaks, CA. Partner with Quality,
Manufacturing, Facilities & Engineering, and Warehouse teams to
advance safety culture and proactively manage EHS risks. Serve as a
single point of contact in key EHS programs including
lockout/tagout, confined space entry, fall protection,
non-routine/hazardous work procedures, environmental compliance,
and other facets of EHS. Provide ergonomic assessments and support
for both office and industrial settings within manufacturing and
support functions. Lead the development and implementation of EHS
risk assessment plans to identify hazards and establish robust
control measures. Drive continuous improvement through the
collection, analysis, and interpretation of EHS performance
metrics; develop and track action plans aligned with business
goals. Conduct routine workplace inspections to ensure compliance
and promote safe work environments. Participate/support the EHS
change management process to ensure that all operational changes
are assessed for potential EHS impacts before implementation.
Provide leadership in incident response and investigations;
identify root causes and implement corrective actions to and
prevent recurrence and enhance organizational learning. Facilitate
regular EHS management reviews with functional leadership to align
on priorities, track progress, and reinforce accountability. Act as
a key advisor to stakeholders on all EHS matters, promoting
awareness, education, and engagement across all levels of the
organization. What we expect of you We are all different, yet we

professional we seek is an individual with these qualifications.
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma / GED and 10 years of
EHSS experience within a cGMP manufacturing environment; OR
Associates degree and 8 years of EHSS experience within a cGMP
manufacturing environment; Or Bachelors degree and 4 years of EHSS
experience within a cGMP manufacturing environment; Or Masters
degree and 2 years of EHSS experience within a cGMP manufacturing
environment; Or Doctorate degree Preferred Qualifications: Degree
in safety, industrial hygiene, chemical engineering, mechanical
engineering, chemistry, biology or other life science areas
Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying Cal/OSHA
regulations and other relevant EHS standards to ensure compliance
within business operations and support risk-based decision-making.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives
simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and
quality. Demonstrated leadership in EHS programs within
manufacturing or laboratory settings, with the ability to
effectively influence both staff and management. 57 years of EHS
experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related life
sciences industry, with a focus on implementing/managing EHS
programs. Professional certification such as Certified Industrial
Hygienist (CIH) and/or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) strongly
preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a
proactive, self-motivated approach to program development and
project execution. Strong technical writing skills, with the
ability to develop clear, concise, and compliant EHS documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
tools used for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. What

(excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on
several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills,
experience, and qualifications. In addition to the base salary,
