System: Required, Epic Ratios: 1:3 Years of experience REQ: 2; 1.5
years is a hardstop First-timers accepted: Yes - but must have min
of 4 years of experience in a level 3 NICU Weekend REQ: Will fill
in where needed - may exceed every other weekend Certs REQ: BLS,
NRP Is on-call REQ?: No Will this traveler need to float between
like units? Yes, to mother baby unit Pending License accepted: No
RTO Restrictions: RTO must be included at time of submission
Patient Age Groups: Neonates, Infants Interdisciplinary Support:
Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services,
Radiology, Social Services, Pharmacy Patient Diagnoses: - Various
disease process. - Age ranges from 23 weeks to term infants. - All
respiratory modalities delivered with the exception of ECMO. - No
surgeries performed. - This is a level 3 NICU. - Neonatologist in
house 24/7. - No nurse practitioner in the NICU at this facility.
Special Procedures/Unit Details: - Smaller level 3 NICU. Delivery
team attends all high risk deliveries and urgent calls. 1 isolation
room and 1 private room. - Open bay layout for the remaining 12
beds spots. Skills: Skills marked with * are preferred - Work
