City: California State: CA Start Date: Pending Privileges End Date: TBD Description: VES is seeking General Medicine Providers to perform Compensation amp Pension exams Separation Health Assessments across the country. Current Openings: VA facility openings no own Rose- 1 day per week needed- provider's home address must be within 50 mile radius Ukiah- 2 days per week needed- provider's home address must be within 50 mile radius Provider’s own office locations- Provider must have their own officeSusanville CA- 1 day per week needed- 50 mile radius requiredCrescent City CA- 2 days per week needed- 50 mile radius requiredFt Irwin CA- 1 day per week needed- 30 mile radius preferred Sonora general area- 1 day per week needed- preference is 50 mile radius but will consider furthur out due to how rural the area is. RATE STRUCTURE FOR PRESENTATIONS: Hourly Overtime Holiday rates are NOT applicable with VES. All Gen Med providers must follow the rate structure below.Half-day Rate - 800 flat rate for 4 hour shifts or less includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTDaily Rate - 1600 flat rate for 5 hour shifts or longer includes times to complete exams submit report including any addendums no OTBonus - one time bonus of 650 for completing all required training and performing first examsLocal candidates only travel included in ratesPlease note: Follow up administrative work will be required on a regular basis addendums medical opinions and reading diagnostics This will not be paid outside of the ½ day or full day rate.
