The RN will provide top•notch care during surgical procedures, working under the guidance of the Surgical Services Director or OR Charge Nurse, and following AORN Standards and hospital policies. /n /nKey Responsibilities: /n• Deliver comprehensive nursing care during surgeries. /n• Ensure patient safety and comfort. /n• Monitor patients under anesthesia. /n• Conduct ongoing patient assessments. /n• Maintain high•quality care standards. /n• Advocate for patient rights. /n• Manage surgical instruments and materials. /n /nQualifications: /n• 2 years OR experience in Orthopedics and Trauma. /n• 1 year travel nursing experience. /n• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications. /n• Available for weekday, weekend, and holiday calls (minimum 14 calls). /n• Perioperative Nursing Course and CNOR certification preferred. /n /nSkills and Abilities: /n• Proficient in asepsis and sterile techniques. /n• Knowledge of surgical supplies and equipment. /n• Efficient under pressure in fast•paced settings. /n• Supervisory skills. /n /nAdditional Information: /n• Participation in committees may be required. /n• Other duties as assigned. /n /nJoin us to make a meaningful impact in patient care as part of a dynamic healthcare team.
