Registered Nurse (RN) | Labor & Delivery Location: Santa Monica, CA Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $2,866 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Care for patients in 4 Antepartum, 9 Labor/High-Risk rooms, and 3 Triage rooms Support high-risk pregnancies, fetal heart monitoring, C-sections, and vaginal deliveries Float to postpartum unit as needed; couplet care for newborn and maternal patients Assist in newborn care and delivery room roles if qualified Document accurately using Epic charting system Requirements Minimum 2 years of recent L&D experience in acute care Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NRP, FHM, AWHONN Advanced (AHA required for ACLS/BLS) Must be able to float to postpartum No pending licenses accepted Benefits • Medical & Health Insurance Benefits from First Day for All Clinical and Patient-Facing Employees. • 401K Plan. •"Your Way is Paid" – we pay for ALL employment requirements, onboarding, physicals, titers, etc. • $300 - $600 referral bonus.
