JOB SUMMARY

The Recruiting Coordinator will be an essential member of the Talent Acquisition team and will work closely with recruiters, hiring teams, and candidates during the interview process. The person in this role will be responsible for the scheduling and coordination of interviews, managing job requisitions, and screening candidates. This will be a US based remote role.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Support a fast-paced recruiting department with interview scheduling and candidate communications
  • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up and communication
  • Entering and tracking job and candidate information in Greenhouse Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure appropriate stakeholders have access to necessary information
  • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
  • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, background checks, follow up) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Team in ATS administration projects and process improvement
  • Embrace an ever-evolving role to help to constantly improve the service level of the talent Acquisition team.
  • Perform initial phone screens with candidates as needed
    WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
    • 2+ years of recruiting, administrative or project management experience
    • Excellent time management, organizational, customer service, and communication skills
    • Successful experience in fast-paced, highly collaborative environments where stakeholder experienced is prioritized
    • Exceptional skills in MS Office/Outlook, HRIS or ATS applications (preferably Workday and Greenhouse)
    • Ability to communicate and work well with teammates at all levels of the organization
    • Working well as a team-player and thriving in ambiguous high-growth start up environments
