Strong Customer engagement with a current and solid background in Payroll Tax, Time & Attendance, and Benefits Administration. As a proven leader and self-starter, you'll have to adapt quickly to all situations.Be able to promptly triage Client Issues to resolve Tax and Payroll compliance across a broad base of long-time SourceOne clientele. Responsibilities include managing a tight team of Customer Service Representatives to meet deadlines, assisting with client inquiries, and managing over 600 individual EINs with over 25,000 employees. Experience in Multi-State (21 different States) and California Payroll law is required. Please come prepared to substantiate a successful history of 3 to 5 years of current Payroll and Tax experience, preferably in a multiple employer production setting.Our proprietary Apex Software is the star of the show! You must possess a unique aptitude for software programs as they relate to our multi-faceted service offering; Time Clocks, Onboarding, and HR programs . The successful candidate will be adept in Workflow processes and Client Management. We are Looking for a motivational Leader capable of problem-solving and "out of the box" thinking, all while making friends and forging life-long relationships with our loyal customers.
