Job Description Job Description Job Title: Composite Technician Division: Space and Defense Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour Positions Available: 2 Job Summary: We are seeking experienced Composite Technicians to join our Space and Defense division. The ideal candidates will be responsible for performing hands-on composite assembly and finishing work while following quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform composite assembly, deburring, and finishing tasks Use hand tools and equipment to support production processes Read and follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications Ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Required Experience and Skills: Hands-on experience using deburring tools Proficiency with reamers and hand rivet tools Ability to use pliers, screwdrivers, epoxy spreaders, ratchets, and wrenches Prior experience in aerospace, space, or defense manufacturing preferred Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Additional Requirements: Ability to work first shift hours consistently Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Company Description Our Professional Division works with clients as a stakeholder in their hiring strategy and process.
