ABOUT THE JOB As the Security Operations Manager , you will support
the Industrial and Special Programs security team working directly
with Anduril’s Security team, as well as other business leaders to
manage operations, and lead projects for the Industrial Security
department. Work within this role includes quick-turn operational
fire-fighting, solving messy problems, redesigning and implementing
processes, and leading high-impact strategic projects. financial
and operational functions of the Industrial & Special Programs
organization. Your role will encompass several areas including but
not limited to; assisting the team with forecasting and managing
the organizations budget, tracking variances, and recommending
corrective actions. You will have oversight of the organizations
security trend reporting to inform and drive Root Cause analysis
and recommend security mitigations. WHAT YOU'LL DO The ability to
establish and cultivate collaborative partnerships across internal
stakeholders to enable the delivery of solutions Help manage a team
of professionals, providing guidance, training, and support.
Establish and maintain relationships with Anduril counterparts to
share best practices and ensure alignment with companywide
initiatives. Develop and review internal policies standard
operating procedures and provide recommendations and corrective
actions to the process owners . Manage and coordinate with the
Security Education and Training lead to develop and deliver
training and awareness materials through a variety of platforms
fostering a culture of security awareness and vigilance. You are
self-driven and relentlessly proactive. You don’t need someone to
tell you to “move”. You just move. We’d rather have to tell you to
slow down than to speed up. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 10 years of
work experience, including 2 years in management consulting,
operations, finance, or product/program management role. Strong
emotional intelligence and ability to solve operational problems
not only from a data-driven lens, but also in a people-centric way
by building strong cross functional relationships across the
company and within the security organization. You are a strong
communicator across a wide dynamic range, having the ability to
translate and articulate thoughts clearly and simply across a wide
range of roles. You have demonstrated expertise in stakeholder and
executive engagement. You have high ownership with the horsepower
to juggle multiple (5) large projects and priorities in parallel,
at a rapid pace, and report out on progress regularly without
dropping any balls. Ability to work onsite at our HQ in Costa Mesa,
CA. Willingness to travel in support of organizational objectives
and initiatives as needed. Must have an active Top Secret security
clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business,
Security Management, Finance or a related field. Industry
Experience: Prior experience in the defense, security and
intelligence community. Negotiation Skills: Familiarity with vendor
management and contract negotiation processes. Data Analysis Tools:
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g.,
Tableau, Power BI). Change Management : Experience leading change
management initiatives to improve operational processes Advanced
Excel Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel functions, including
pivot tables and financial modeling. US Salary Range $166,000 -
$220,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on
a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary
only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to)
work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or
business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are
included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered
