We are seeking our first dedicated Technical Recruiter. The ideal candidate will have experience running full cycle recruiting as a solo recruiter in a fast paced environment. If you've been tasked with building the Talent Acquisition function in the past - even better! We are a group of hard working people that care about our mission and we're looking for someone to help expand our team in a thoughtful manner. This position will report to the Sr. People Operations manager will work directly with all hiring managers.   • Create recruiting process that centralizes every open req under the function
  • Build out the Talent Acquisition function
  • Run full-cycle recruiting including
    • Sourcing and developing a diverse and talented pipeline of candidates
    • Communicating with candidates throughout the interview cycle to schedule all next steps
    • Conducting initial phone screens and periodic check-ins with candidates
    • Conducting debriefs with all interviewers and deciding next steps
    • Extending and negotiating offers
    • Conducting background checks
    • Help with candidates onboarding and handoff
    • Work closely with hiring managers to create job descriptions and narrow down criteria for each role
    • Meet regularly with hiring managers to communicate status of each role
    • Work closely with People team on recruiting strategy and how best to execute it
    • Be the main point of contact for candidates and any outside recruiting agencies
    • Be the main point of contact for Clinical hiring agencies
    • Manage the Employer Brand
    • Manage the employee referral program
    • Keep Greenhouse up to date and provide reporting to management

      • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting, experience working as a solo recruiter
      • 3+ years recruiting for technical positions
      • Experience building a TA function from the ground up a big plus
      • Experience in a growing startup working a high number of requisitions
      • Ability to build strategic partnerships with hiring managers
      • Excellent project management and organizational skills
      • Experience working with Greenhouse
      • Strong team player and a self-starter
      • BA/BS degree
