A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Associate Systems Engineer. Position Type: Full Time (Contract) Duration: 12 months Location: Northridge CA As an Associate Systems Engineer, you will: Support the Stand in Attack Weapon Program. You will be a member of a high performing, systems engineering team interacting with customers, program management, cross-functional teams of engineers and senior technologists. The team members work in a fast-paced environment and requires individual team members to be highly adaptable problem solvers. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to requirements gap analysis, developing major sub- system specifications, managing the development, allocation and traceability of customer requirements, etc. The ideal candidate will have: Current Active DoD Secret clearance or higher with a Periodic Reinvestigation within the last 5 years • Manage system requirements in the Requirements Management databases (DOORS). • Regularly interface with the Product Owner, Scrum Master, other team members and team members on other teams. • Develop system specifications and defining performance requirements for major subsystems • Manage the development, allocation, and traceability of customer requirements to system and lower-level requirements • Generate activity and use case diagrams in Cameo • Conduct requirement gap analysis for subsystem-level requirements • Plan and develop system integration, test, and requirement verification activities Basic Qualifications for Associate Systems Engineer - Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline • Experience with systems engineering tools such as IBM Rationale DOORS, Cameo or Rhapsody • Must have strong technical problem solving, written and verbal communication skills Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
