Job Description Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor – Hybrid
HealthCare Support is seeking a Risk Adjustment Coding Specialist
to join a mission-driven team in the Orange, CA area. This
full-time, salaried role offers autonomy in the field and remotely.
Location: Orange, CA Schedule Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation $80K - $95k per year (based on experience) Mileage

Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of risk adjustment
coding and review teams, ensuring workflows, productivity, and
quality standards are met. Coach and mentor risk adjustment
specialists and auditors to improve coding accuracy, documentation
capture, and compliance with requirements. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related
field required. Professional coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS,
CCS-P, CRC, RHIT, RHIA) Prior experience in risk adjustment coding
and documentation review Experience supervising staff or leading
