Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager
Supply Chain Programs 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse
individuals in the GSC Program Management organization. This
leadership position can be located onsite in Palmdale, CA, San
Diego, CA or El Segundo, CA . If the candidate is primarily based
in San Diego or El Segundo, work requires travel to Palmdale twice
weekly to support business and program needs. This is a 100%
onsite, in program space position, with no opportunity for
telework. This position reports to the Global Supply Chain Program
Management Director under the Air Dominance Division for the
Aeronautics Systems Sector. The Manager will serve as the primary
focal point with Responsibility Accountability and Action (RAA) to
the Operating Unit (OU) Program Director. The candidate will be
responsible for developing and executing GSC strategies to support
the program, with focus on achieving affordability, operational
efficiency, safety and first-time quality targets. Candidate is
responsible for activities and knowledge within multiple
disciplines across the Supply Chain organization. Exhibits
end-to-end supply chain competency as well as supply chain business
acumen. This role is part of the GSC Program Management team and
will be challenged to resolve issues and implement solutions, in a
quick fast-paced environment – including process improvements,
tools, metrics, data integration, and coordination and
collaboration with key GSC and program stakeholders. Briefs the PMO
and executive management on the status and issues affecting Program

others. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of direct reports, in
which you carry functional management and day-to day guidance
Establish and maintain the strategic vision for the financial
management – labor and material – of the GSC organization CAM
responsibility for labor and material Operating Unit (OU) non-labor
sales/forecasting Responsible for processes and activities within
supply chain related operations to support annual operating plan
within GSC across the sector. Help develop monthly forecasts for
material sales Conduct variance analysis to submitted forecasts
Lead GSC staff through the analysis, oversight, and status of
material and IWO, delivery schedules, suppliers’ commitments, risks
and opportunities Oversight of key subcontractor and IWO partner
cost and delivery performance Prep for and support monthly
Pre-Close reviews, EAC reviews, monthly material sales reviews, and
GSC portfolio reviews Support the associated data collection and
submission, as needed We are seeking a qualified professional who
is proficient in analyzing large amounts of data, with excellent
verbal and written communication skills, and who can confidently
interact with and influence all levels of the organization Basic
Qualifications: Master’s degree with 5 years of experience in
business management, project management, program management, global
supply chain, finance and/or business management related functions
OR a Bachelor’s degree with 7 years of experience in business
management, project management, program management, global supply
chain, finance and/or business management related functions Must
have experience with subcontractor financial performance Experience
utilizing MS Office Suite and SAP Must have program cost and/or
schedule experience, CAM experience At minimum, must have a current
active DoD Secret Clearance Must have the ability to
obtain/maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance and Program Special
Access within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the
Company to meet its business needs Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to work as an integral member of the Global Supply team to
achieve Global Supply Chain, Program, and/or sector objectives,
while maintaining compliance during all stages of the
proposal/acquisition process Must have experience developing a
non-labor sales financial forecast and integrating it into a larger
program financial plan Strong organizational skills Must have the
ability to prepare and present executive-level presentations Proven
track record building a robust team; provide people leadership,
with a focus on acquiring, developing and retaining talent;
respectful of others & understand and embrace the value of an
inclusive team; empower each team member to perform at the highest
level of productivity; be empathetic and listen for understanding
Experience with SAP requirements, specifically Grouping, Pegging,
and Distribution (GPD) Current active DoD Top Secret Clearance
Current Program Access Production program experience Primary Level
Salary Range: $175,400.00 - $263,200.00 The above salary range
represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers
a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the
scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's
experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime,
shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base
pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions
as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees
in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long
Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety
of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and
disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid
time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. The
