T o help support our rapid growth, we are seeking an Executive Business Partner to support our CMO and leadership with day-to-day activities and company-wide operations. Through alignment with leadership and department leaders, deep organizational and operational rigor, and exceptional communications skills, you will be operating at the heart of our marketing organization. This is not your average EBP role - there is scope and expectation for the right candidate to have a meaningful impact on the department and company.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver who has strong communication skills and pays close attention to detail. This candidate will have prior experience working in a fast-paced, remote work environment, performing administrative duties and supporting executive level management, as well as leading key marketing programs. This individual will be a self-starter and self-motivator, able to execute with minimal direction.

As you continue to execute successfully, we will build a customized development plan together that leads you through the engineering or management growth tracks.


Required Travel - 20% travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events.

Onboarding/Training - The first several weeks of onboarding are dedicated to learning and will encompass learning materials/assignments and compliance training, as well as meetings with relevant individuals. Details of the timeline are shared closer to the start date.

Job Requirements


  • Identify, scope and manage major cross-functional transformational programs to evolve our marketing function and help scale programs globally , helping lead cross-functional operations and manage projects in coordination with the CMO
  • Partner with the CMO and marketing leadership teams on content and communications strategy for presentations, reports (ie QBR/business updates, Board updates, leadership meetings, project/initiative presentations, All Hands presentations, etc) and events (virtual/in person as appropriate)
  • Partner with the CMO on major initiatives including annual planning and budgeting; quarterly reviews and reporting; new marketing programs and wider global marketing community mobilization; the coordination, tracking and reporting of the portfolio of critical marketing programs, funding and investments, in line with company objectives.
  • Perform administrative and operational support tasks as needed, including helping manage the CMO's professional calendar scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and inbox when necessary. Manage, coordinate, and schedule CMO/leadership team travel and travel-related activities and preparation for major company events and public speaking engagements.
  • Manage operational tasks like agenda-setting, distribution and follow-up communications with the teams across the company to gather insight and updates on various company-wide priorities and progression.
  • Coordination and collaboration of marketing programs with major industry partners working closely with Alliances teams.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5+ years experience and exposure to multiple functions including marketing in a fast-growing software / tech organization
    • Strategic and creative thinker who also enjoys getting stuff done
    • Ability to work in a rapidly changing and dynamic environment and meet deadlines. Effective and versatile with a bias for action and sense of urgency
    • Consistent cross-functional collaborator, and business partner, directly contributing to teams to achieve overall objectives with attention to detail and project management skills

    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong time-management skills and the ability to effectively organize and coordinate many projects at once
    • Advanced experience with Google Workspace and related productivity tools, as well as a willingness to learn new software and systems when necessary
    • Flexible team player willing to go the extra mile to complete the task; adaptive and appreciates a challenge
    • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and innovative high-growth environment
