Job DescriptionPRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITIONResponsible for safely assisting Electrical Journeyman with material handling, assembling and dismantling of equipment, preparing work areas, and cleaning of machines and work spaces.EXPECTATIONS OF ALL TEAM MEMBERSHigh quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior. Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit utilizing various hand tools B. Safely utilize hand and power tools after proper training (Drills, Crimpers, Cutters, etc.) C. Lift, position, and fasten objects D. Prepare, handle, and supply of materials and tools be used by electrical trades E. Maintain a clean and organized work area, tools, and equipment F. Work under immediate and close supervision according to standard instructions and established procedures G. Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels H. All other duties as assignedKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESA. Limited ability to read and interpret documents such as safety regulations, operation and maintenance instructions, blueprints and schematic drawings, and procedure manuals B. Ability to work with tools, such as, power and non-powered hand tools C. Willing and able to follow instructions and ask clarifying questions D. Ability to work with equipment, such as, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggies E. Ability to handle materials that can weigh up to 200Ibs F.
