Job Description: Our Client is seeking a Flight Operations
Coordinator to support the T-7A Program. The Flight Operations
Coordinator will support Flight Operations and Maintenance
Activities for the T-7 program based at Edwards Air Force Base, CA.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate
will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location
options. Position Responsibilities:Maintenance Data Center
personnel shall support Flight Operations through the update,
retrieval, and recommended updates to Technical Data as required by
Ground Operations Procedures to assist Maintenance personnel in
support of T-7 aircraftMaintenance Data Center personnel shall
support aircraft flight activities through the use of the Aircraft
Flight Reporting System (AFRS) and the BIT data analysis through
the Integrated Maintenance Information System (IMIS)
platformMaintenance Data Center/Debrief personnel shall perform
aircrew debriefing functions to include video download and storage
for later review and analysis by Manufacturing Engineering, System
Engineering IPTs, Mission Systems, Project Management, DCMA, and
Customer aircrew personnelMaintenance Data Center personnel shall
also support these activities through the use of mission loads and
video checkout activitiesApplicable and appropriate
educational/certification credentials from an accredited
institution and/or equivalent experience is requiredInvestigates
simple technical, maintenance, operational and quality issues that
cannot be resolved by customerAssists in troubleshooting to
understand root cause. Receives customer reports and correlates to
established criteria for reportable eventsProvides reports and
assistance in researching event to determine safety
implicationsDevelops routine in-service correspondence for
continued safe and efficient operation and maintenance of
equipmentInitiates routine quality investigationsCoordinates
limited technical communications between customers, suppliers and
organization's resources to assure customer requirements are
metWilling to work weekend overtimeThis position requires a
pre-start U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government
requires U.S. Citizenship.Basic Qualifications (Required
Skills/Experience):1+ years of experience in a military aircrew or
in an aircraft maintenance career fieldBasic understanding of
computer operations and functionalityExperience working with
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Preferred Qualifications
(Desired Skills/Experience):Military aircrew experience and/or
avionics maintenance experienceBasic understanding of Technical
Manual publication structureKnowledge of military maintenance
practicesAbility and willingness to take ownership of work
activities; plan and organize tasks to ensure tasks are completed
in accordance with quality standards and established delivery
schedulesExcellent verbal and written communications skills are
vital for effective performanceCustomer and Stakeholder
InterfaceTypical Education/Experience:Education/experience
typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and
typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent
combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years'
related work experience, etc.).PROJECT/SKILLS Describe the project
they will be working on: T-7 aircraft support Size of the Team: Our
Maintenance Data Center team in St. Louis has 8 team members. This
will consist of 2 at Edwards AFB. Type of background you are
looking for (education, # yrs experience, etc.): 1+ years Military
aircrew experience and/or avionics maintenance experience Software
skills required: Basic understanding of computer operations and
functionality. Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel,
Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Any certifications required: No Additional
comments: This position will be supporting T-7A Aircraft and will
be working closely with Pilots and other members of the program.
You would help pilots get ready for their flight, download flight
information post-flight, capturing all the flight data and video,
documenting it, report any flight events that happened, any
