Johnson & Johnson, a leader in healthcare innovation, is seeking a Head of Strategy & Execution, Aesthetics and Reconstruction (A&R) to join our Irvine, CA team. This role reports to the Worldwide President and involves working closely with the A&R Leadership team and GSM team to develop and implement strategic priorities across global operations, including R&D, regions, supply chain, and supporting functions.The position offers high-level access to senior leadership and the chance to influence critical business strategies and initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong coordination, operational, and execution skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Support the President and A&R Leadership Team in setting agendas and planning leadership calendars.
• Drive the adoption of high-performance principles within the leadership team.
• Operationalize performance management frameworks, including metrics and scorecards.
• Design and lead business update reviews and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Manage critical initiatives, timelines, budgets, and interdependencies to ensure successful delivery.
• Coordinate messaging for organizational communications such as Town Halls and executive forums.Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strategic thinking with attention to detail and big-picture perspective.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomous work style with leadership in prioritizing multiple scenarios.
  • Experience in developing KPIs and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Project management expertise with strategic alignment and coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%.Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, preferably in healthcare or consumer medical devices.
