We design and implement HR programs related to Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Compensation and Benefits, and HR Policies. Our Talent Acquisition team is responsible for hiring top talent and partnering with business leaders on their people strategies.Your role:You will identify and attract top talent for our business, respond to live briefs to fill open vacancies, and build a talent pipeline for the future. You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop search strategies, manage internships and work experience programs, and lead projects to improve candidate and hiring manager experiences.Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple vacancies, from briefing to onboarding.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies, including advertising roles and building talent pipelines.
  • Work with recruitment agencies when necessary, ensuring progress and adherence to SLAs.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Expand networks and build partnerships to identify talent.
  • Build strong relationships with partners and understand the music industry through research and meetings.
  • Design and deliver early-career programs like internships and work experience.
  • Lead special projects to enhance the recruitment process.
  • Represent WMG at external events to promote our employer brand.
  • Coordinate and support interviews as needed.About you:
    • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, with innovative sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, social media, etc.
    • Creative and practical sourcing plan development.
    • Fluency in social media and internet search tools.
    • Excellent communication skills, confident at all levels.
    • Ability to build strong relationships quickly.
    • Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
    • Flexible and adaptable approach.
    • Experience with ATS systems, preferably Workday.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.Preferred qualifications:
      • Experience in the music or media industry (not essential).
      • Experience managing internship and apprenticeship programs.
      • Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in recruitment.About Warner Music Group:We are home to numerous premier labels and represent a wide array of artists and songwriters.
