Date Posted: 06/27/2025 Hiring Organization: Rose International Position Number: 484768 Industry: Consumer Goods Job Title: Project Manager Job Location: Culver City, CA, USA, 90230 Work Model: Hybrid Work Model Details: 2 days a week in office Shift: M-F, 8-5 Employment Type: Temporary FT/PT: Full-Time Estimated Duration (In months): 10 Min Hourly Rate ($): 40.00 Max Hourly Rate ($): 50.00 Must Have Skills/Attributes: Inventory Management, Marketing, Project Management, Testing Experience Desired: CPG structure experience (1-3 yrs) Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent Preferred Education: Associate degree Job Description Required Qualifications/Skills/Experience: • Ideal candidate would have project management experience, understand artwork routing requirements, be financially savvy, understanding of a CPG structure and cross-functional ways of working, and be highly organized and detail oriented. If they have past salon or beauty experience this would be preferred. Job Duties: • Deliverables: • Artwork. • Approve artwork (label changes/no new creative). • Project manage with internal resource GBS to meet NPI timelines. • Approve swatch benchmarks to align with brand standards in partnership with internal testing resources. • Approve on pack swatches and color ways to align with brand standards. • Ensure global compliance of all artwork. • Marketing. • Create swatches for marketing and educational purposes. • Make sure claims tables are up to date if required. • Project Management. • IDH/Hint projects. • Create project volume estimate to be presented at gate meetings. • Make sure volumes are meeting MOQ standards/ review forecast accuracy. • Prepare CAM & GO meetings. • Attend NPI meetings. • New Item Set Up where necessary. • Ensure sales is aware for inventory management.
