This is a Contract to Hire position and the client is looking for someone to start immediately.Duration: 6+ Months Contract to HireLocation: Remote/ CaliforniaSalary: $55.00-$58.00/Hourly on W2Role: System AnalystPrimary Skills: System AnalysisRole Description: The System Analyst must have at least 5 years of experience. As the Senior Analyst - Systems Analysis, you will be responsible for providing systems analysis for systems implementation and software development projects. -In this position, you will work with the business to provide business requirement solutions using requirements development practices. You will also develop and manage requirements, create user stories or use cases, write and execute test cases as needed, and provide support for system stakeholders as needed.Top Skills Required:- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in systems analysis- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies- Domain: Healthcare- Expert proficiency in SQL and Data Modelling- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work effortlessly and efficiently in high performing and self-governing teams- Ability to work independently on any size project- Thrives in versatile and varying task assignmentsResponsibilities/Tasks:- Collaborate, or lead collaboration, with business stakeholders to identify and document system level requirements- Define functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria- Analyze and manage business and systems process flows- Work comfortably within waterfall or agile project teams to understand how present and future business needs may impact solutions- Support and contribute to all requirements management best practices and procedures- Participate in systems testing and UAT activities as needed- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills to help negotiate priorities and resolve conflicts- Exhibit strong writing skills to communicate information effectively to multiple levelsRequired Skills and Experience:- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in systems analysis- Minimum 3 years of experience in Agile methodologies, specifically in breaking down epics into smaller user stories, writing acceptance criteria, estimating, etc.- Minimum 1 year of experience in AWS core services- Expert proficiency in SQL and Data Modelling concepts- Exceptional analytical and design thinking skills- Experience working with a diverse set of business and stakeholder groups where constant collaboration and clear communication is paramount- Proven experience translating business requirements and objectives into technical requirements for development and testing teams- Excellent requirements and technical documentation skills with proven experience in BRD, SRS, RTM, and gap analysis artifact creation- A track record of following through on commitments.- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skillsEducational Requirements:- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree program and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience.Certifications (Preferred):- Agile or AWS Cloud certification (e.g., SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.).Education: High School Diploma or GED is required/Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent -Experience: Minimum 5 years of experienceRelocation: This position will not cover relocation expensesTravel: NoLocal Preferred: YesNote: Must be able to work on a W2 basisRecruiter Name: Ritika AithmianRecruiter Phone: 877-884-8834 (Ext: 2246)/412-226-0751 (Ext: 2246)Equal Employment Opportunity
