Job DescriptionABOUT THE OPPORTUNITYFirst Class Construction Services, Home Improvement integrator, is looking for a Residential Site Surveyor for our location to be responsible for conducting all onsite surveys of customer homes. Qualified candidates for the Residential Site Surveyor will collect site-specific information necessary to design Home Improvements and estimate project cost.RESPONSIBILITIESConduct physical site surveys using a variety of equipment and toolsAccurately measure various features of clients propertiesPrepare site surveying documents as neededTake pictures of necessary electrical panels, meters, documents, and obstructionsEnsure a safe work environment through safe work practices for the entire installation teamQUALIFICATIONSPossess an affinity for problem-solving and critical thinkingAbility to work independently and to take initiative, but also the ability to work with a teamMust have a high level of professionalism and excellent customer service skillsAbility to demonstrate basic computer skills and to learn new technology easilyAptitude to understand, read, and comprehend contract documents, plans, and specificationsAbility to stay organized and maintain project recordsPossess basic math skills and the capability to complete formulas typically used in the construction industryREQUIRED EXPERIENCEMust have knowledge of site surveying, construction methods, and materials; basic knowledge of residential electrical systems preferred, but not requiredMust have a valid drivers licenseMust pass pre-employment driving record check and drug screenMust have the ability to climb ladders, lift 50+ lbs. repeatedly, and work on sloped roofs in all weather conditionsBENEFITS401K with company matchingPaid time-off and paid holidaysFirst Class Construction is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
