As part of a unique, passionate, and highly skilled Talent Acquisition Operations team at Blue Origin, you are a strategic thought partner across TA leadership to identify opportunities for using TA metrics and analytics to improve our processes. You will own the development of TA analytics strategy and roadmap, reporting, and analytics, including project management and coordination of data deliverables to TA leaders. You will develop data models, organization metrics, analytics and targeted analysis and insights to continuously evaluate and help improve our recruiting process to attract top talent across all regions. You will establish strong partnership with key stakeholders across TA, HR Strategy, and Workforce Planning to understand the additional considerations and input from the businesses that may impact the recruiting process as you build the data model. Additional special projects and analysis may be assigned by leadership.We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight.   • Collaborate with TA leaders to identify and create metrics and KPI's to monitor the health of our processes
  • Create strategic reporting solutions for leadership to enable data driven decision making
  • Develop scalable SQL queries to satisfy data and reporting requirements
  • Understand the layout and structure of the enterprise data warehouse
  • Partner with Enterprise Technology team to design and develop scalable reporting, dashboards and data solutions utilizing SQL, Tableau, and other tools
  • Design and develop automated processes to integrate disparate systems to generate business level reporting
  • Develop and maintain documentation, run books, data dictionaries and guides
  • Provide business analysis and technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain day-to-day workflow and communication with a variety of stakeholders across the organization
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment on TA objectives in the services you provideQualifications
    • Bachelor's degree
    • 6+ years of experience in disciplines related to analytics
    • 4+ years of experience working/managing in a data related field (data management, data solutions design, analytics).
    • Demonstrated ability to lead collaboration on cross-functional teams, leading cross-functional coordination, and team communications to deliver an array of data product offerings.
    • Solid understanding of data management techniques, methodologies and best practices.
    • Experience owning process creation, management and improvements.
    • Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology and translating to non technical stakeholders.
    • Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to business leaders.
    • Strong organizational skills, detail oriented as well as the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
    • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.The expected salary range for the position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
