This is a permanent role that will oversee all aspects of our construction projects, from planning to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring that the projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role will require you to work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients. You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including single-family homes, land development, and more. Responsibilities:As a Construction Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Overseeing all stages of project life cycle management, from pre-construction to project completion.2. Developing and implementing project work plans, schedules, and budgets.3. Coordinating and supervising the activities of construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.4. Ensuring all construction activities comply with safety and quality standards.5. Maintaining a strong relationship with clients, architects, and other stakeholders.6. Regularly reviewing and updating project progress, adjusting resources and timelines as necessary.7. Resolving any issues or delays that may impact the project schedule or budget.8. Ensuring all necessary permits and legal paperwork are in place before and during construction.9. Acting as the main point of contact for on-site inspections from stakeholders or regulatory bodies.Qualifications:The successful candidate for the role of Construction Manager will have:1. A minimum of 7 years' experience in a construction management role.2. Proven experience as a Superintendent or General Contractor in the construction industry.3. Extensive knowledge and experience in home building, specifically single-family homes.4. A strong understanding of land development processes.5. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.7. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively.8. A commitment to maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.9.
