politics. Your Role at a Glance As a Full-Time Marketing and Sales
Assistant for Elite Direct Management's Frontier campaign, you will
be the vital backbone of our operational success. This hybrid role
demands versatility as you oscillate between directly supporting
impactful marketing campaigns and streamlining the daily functions
of our sales team. You'll gain the skillset that makes corporate

Essential Functions of the Full-Time Marketing and Sales Assistant
Plan, coordinate, and execute local marketing campaigns, managing
materials, logistics, and promotional displays to maximize
outreach. Update and distribute brochures, presentations, and
digital content, ensuring all materials effectively highlight
Frontier's offerings. Maintain customer data, lead info, and sales
activities in the CRM for accurate reporting and seamless
follow-ups. Pre-qualify leads from marketing efforts, ensuring they
receive the right information before transitioning to sales.
Conduct market research on trends, competitors, and customer
insights to refine strategies. Manage and schedule content for
social media and digital channels, ensuring engaging and consistent
brand messaging. Provide administrative support, including
scheduling, preparing sales reports, and organizing materials for
meetings. Handle customer inquiries via phone or email, providing
helpful responses and directing complex issues to the right team
members. Track and analyze campaign performance, lead generation,
and sales outcomes, contributing to performance reviews and
strategy improvements. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams,
sharing ideas and supporting initiatives to enhance brand
visibility and sales conversions.
