Representative , you’ll serve as the key link between AT&T and
Southern California businesses who need their cutting-edge
services. This role goes beyond lead generation; not only will you
generate leads but also make sure that our clients thrive. Prepare
to manage high-value accounts, identify expansion opportunities,
and deliver strategic tailored solutions. Core Responsibilities of
a Business Development Representative: Manage and grow a portfolio
of existing accounts through strong relationship-building and
ongoing support Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal
opportunities within current client base Collaborate with fellow
Business Development Representatives and cross-functional teams to
deliver tailored solutions and campaigns Track key account metrics
and report on progress to both clients and internal leadership
Maintain detailed client records and communication logs in CRM
systems Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings to
position services effectively
