Responsibilities: Engage with potential customers by answering
questions about products and services, working directly with
clients leads to close sales. Handle customer inquiries, orders,
and concerns in a professional and timely manner. Recommend
tailored product solutions to customers’ needs and explore
upselling opportunities to enhance their experience. Collect and
analyze customer data to generate product or service reports and
offer feedback on ways to improve the sales process. Contribute to
team success by meeting and exceeding sales goals, collaborating
with colleagues, and sharing insights. Stay up-to-date with our
product line, services, and company offerings to deliver accurate
information to customers. Take on additional tasks as needed and
assigned by upper management to support the team's goals.
