Ardmore Home Design (AHD), founded in 2008, is a privately
owned, fast-paced, founder-led entrepreneurial company where we

better every day. We design, sell, and distribute luxury home décor
globally to interior designers and boutique/luxury retailers. The
AHD family of wholesale brands includes Made Goods (flagship
furniture made from unique materials), Pigeon & Poodle (home and
bath accessories), Blue Pheasant (handcrafted tabletop products)
and Burton James (seating home furnishing). About the Position We
are looking for a relationship-driven Outside Sales Representative
to champion our portfolio of luxury brands — Made Goods, Pigeon &
Poodle, Blue Pheasant, and Burton James within the Los Angeles
design community. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate
about furniture and design, enjoys being in front of clients, and
is energized by building meaningful relationships and growing a

You will do · Meet or exceed sales goals established by the
Directors of Sales for the Ardmore Home Family of Brands: Made
Goods, Pigeon & Poodle, Blue Pheasant, and Burton James ·
Collaborate with LA Showroom team on a shared account list,
targeting LA-based interior designers · Present as a brand
ambassador to customers either in-showroom or on-site in design
offices · Identify opportunities by brand, customer, or location
based on territory travel, observation and data analysis · Identify
competitors and relevant industry opportunities, including local
conferences, networking and tradeshow events · Travel to High Point
Market twice yearly · Work with the sales leadership team to
represent the brand at trade shows, company events, and national

of proven sales experience with specific, relevant background in
the sales of high-end luxury home furnishings business · Existing
relationships with LA designers highly preferred · Strong knowledge
of Microsoft office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook) · Strong
verbal/written skills · Must have reliable transportation and the
ability to travel locally to off-site appointments as needed ·
Ideal candidate is located in or near Central Los Angeles to
support on-site needs and local travel · Demonstrated initiative
and strategic decision making · Ability to multi-task and thrive in
a fast-paced work environment Compensation: $65,000–75,000 plus a
performance-based commission structure designed to recognize and
reward strong client relationships and sales growth. Compensation
offers meaningful incentive opportunities aligned with individual
and territory performance.
