Sr. Food Scientist NURA USA LLC seeks a F/T Sr. Food Scientist
for its Irvine, CA office to lead the devt. of product formulation,
eval. raw ingredients, inspect food processing areas, etc. Min.
req. incl. Master's Degree in Food Science & Engineering or related
field & 2 yrs work exp. as Food Scientist or related, involving
dev. & validate formulations, production processes, & ingredient
specs., shelf life study, sensory eval., clean label formulations,
cert. process for Kosher, Halal, Organic, Non-GMO, texture
analysis, nutr. profile calculation, stability test, ingredient
functionality testing, high moisture extrusion, adv. Excel skills
(data analysis, visualization), knwl. of FDA, USDA, FSMA's food &
supp. regs. & industry standards like HACCP, GMP, & SQF. Salary:
$76,898 to $104,416.
