recognized innovator in the “branded performance” advertising
landscape through the creation of market leading strategies,
cutting-edge ad tech, deep analytic thinking, world class media
capabilities, and proven depth across omnichannel media strategies
and platforms. As key member of the Business Development team, you
will develop and execute data-driven strategies to maximize revenue
growth, this candidate will ascertain clients goals to effectively
communicate how Juice Medias service and solutions will help them
achieve their goals. Understand the mobile ecosystem and stay
current on industry trends is a big plus. Responsibilities
Independently develop briefing materials for business development
leads and client success teams based on your research and knowledge
of a prospective client’s market, audience, competitor set etc.
Follow and fulfill the sales cycle responsibility from lead
generation, outreach, communication of value proposition,
negotiation and winning through a consultative approach. Work in
conjunction with our Client Success team and Business Development
(BD) leads to develop pitch materials, ensuring high attention to
detail across all communications. Autonomously oversee the Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) database, ensuring it is both
accurate and up-to-date, identifying areas of improvement,
implementing updates and reporting out on key metrics. Work with BD
leads to identify prospects and assist with outreach and outbound
sales activities. Develop and maintain knowledge hubs including
competitive analysis (other agencies and product/tech services)
marketplace analysis: media trends and industry trends, agencies
winning business (media and other agencies that could become
partners). Work alongside client success and business development
teams to participate in prospective client meetings, gather
insights, and take follow up actions after meetings. Understand the
mobile ecosystem and stay current on industry trends.
Qualifications 5 to 10 years in digital advertising sales with a
strategic and consultative sales approach with focus on building
long term partnerships Mobile performance, growth marketing, and
programmatic advertising sales experience is a plus Bachelor’s
degree in marketing, business, or a related field strongly
preferred Proven track record of new business revenue in a goal
oriented environment Critical thinking, curiosity for digital
marketing and passion for winning Great communication skills both
in writing and in-person Team player and the ability to adapt to a
growing company Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously
Understand how to utilize data and analytics in decision making
Highly collaborative: you have a deep passion for building
something new while working alongside multiple key stakeholders
Excellent communicator with extremely high attention to detail
Excellent research skills Strong Excel / Google Sheets and
Powerpoint / Google Docs knowledge Growth mindset - excited to

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in
the posted location is $101,500.00 - $166,750.00 / year. The
rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of
hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
